The design of EOOS is created in the area of tension between archaic and high-tech. With “Poetic Analysis,” the Viennese design studio has created a unique research tool that deals with rituals, intuitive images and myths and reinterprets them. The consistently reduced design language of EOOS runs through the wide range of works, which range from spatial designs to home and office furniture to the product design of everyday objects.
This monograph was published on the occasion of the solo show EOOS , which the MAK dedicated to the studio for its twentieth anniversary (January 28th – May 17th, 2015).
