Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by Austrian Post AG.

Freight Shipping
In some cases, shipping via freight carrier may be necessary. Costs and delivery dates will be clarified with the customer in advance.

Delivery times are as follows:
Austria: 3-5 business days
EU: 1-2 weeks
Outside Europe: 2-3 weeks
You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Duty
When importing goods into countries outside the EU,
the customer may be charged import duties by
local authorities.
These duties are not included in the purchase price.

Delays
Should any items be temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time be delayed, you will be informed by email.

Split Shipments
In the event of an excessively long wait, we will automatically split the shipment. This means you will receive the available items within the announced delivery time, and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your email address, we will inform you about the dispatch of your order in several packages with a delivery confirmation.
